Daisy Rock’s Rich Lackowski Awarded #1 Educational Book For Both Modern Drummer And Drum Magazines!

Wednesday, July 2nd, 2008

Rich Lackowski, author of On The Beaten Path: The Drummer’s Guide to Musical Styles and the Legends Who Defined Them created this masterpiece just one year ago. It is a ‘must have’ for all drummers and anyone interested in music and music history.

These are the two biggest drum magazines on the planet, so this is quite an honor for Rich and we are very proud of him. To top things off, the latest issue of DRUMscene magazine (Australia’s leading drummer magazine) featured a beautiful 5-page feature on the book. They said that it has “set a new benchmark in music education,” and they called it “the groove and reference bible for a huge part of the modern drum set.”

Pick up a copy or two of On The Beaten Path: The Drummer’s Guide to Musical Styles and the Legends Who Defined Them – it makes a great gift!!!
